Seidou Takizawa
__Height:__ 171 cm Takizawa is a Rank 2 Ghoul Investigator. A classmate of [Akira Mado](https://anilist.co/character/88838/Akira-Mado) at the Academy, he is partnered with Kousuke Houji and assigned to the 20th ward to investigate the Gourmet. He greatly respects [Kishou Arima](https://anilist.co/character/88946/Kishou-Arima) and [Koutarou Amon](https://anilist.co/character/88407/Koutarou-Amon) and admires their achievements. Though he was declared among the casualties of the raid in the 20th Ward, it is revealed that he had actually survived as artificial one-eyed ghoul. He is now a member of Aogiri Tree. As an artificial one-eyed ghoul, he is known as Owl. After betraying Aogiri and killing [Tatara](https://anilist.co/character/88418/Tatara), Takizawa reunited with Akira Mado, and became a member of Ken Kaneki's organization, Goat.
